Gabbi Tuft was born in San Francisco, California, on November 1, 1978. Publicly available sources identify her as American and list her birth name as Gabbi Alon Tuft.

Professional wrestling career

Tuft is best known for her WWE career under the ring name Tyler Reks, where she appeared on Raw, SmackDown, and ECW. She also wrestled in Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), winning the FCW Florida Heavyweight Championship once and the FCW Florida Tag Team Championship twice, once with Joe Hennig and once with Johnny Curtis.

Public transition

Tuft publicly came out as a transgender woman in February 2021. Later reporting noted that she had become active as a social media personality and fitness coach after leaving full-time wrestling.
